Continue watching remembers where each viewer stopped, in their own browser (30 days, never sent anywhere), for VOD, clips and catch-up — never for live. Positions under 30 s or past 95 % are not kept, so the 30-second demo clip cannot show it. Tenant-wide switch: Studio → Players → Playback → "Remember where the viewer stopped watching".

Live & start-over

These apply to live channels with a programme guide. The demo clip is on demand, so the preview cannot show them: pick Your live channel as the source to see them live. They are in the embed code either way.

Rewind limit caps the seek bar, the 10-second buttons, start-over and previous programme. Restart is for live channels without a programme guide (with one, the start-over button does it).

Open at

“Programme start” is for start-over and open catch-up links (/m/startover/…): they play from the first frame of the programme into live. A live channel always opens at the live edge.
